Mark Fleisher, President/CEO
Mark’s career began as a professional musician, and he has led in his industry with innovative uses of new technoloy. As the owner of an FM radio station, he was the first in the area to run all music programming from CD. In 1993 he introduced the PDF concept to local newspapers and in 1994 persuaded most radio stations in the state to adopt mp3 technology for transporting audio files over the Internet.

Mark has been in media sales and management since 1983. He is in charge of sales and acquisitions of new accounts for Aim Advertising. Mark oversees technology and programming and is a video producer and editor as well as accomplished musician and arranger. Since 2005 Mark has been building the largest digital sign network in the state of Pennsylvania.
Mark invented and programmed a “trade-mark” technology called “The Amazing Magic Prize Code” that qualified our company Aim Innovative Marketing as a Keystone Innovation Partner.
Mary Anne Fleisher, V.P.
Mary Anne is a seasoned sales person and creative writer. She was a top sales person and sales manager at WWBE Radio. At Aim Advertising, Mary Anne has established herself as one of Central Pennsylvania’s most heard and seen copywriters, winning numerous awards for her advertising ideas and creative writing.

Mary Anne is in charge of account management with direct contact to clients. She also handles most of the company’s agency accounts and writes copy for radio and print projects.
